About this course

We are living through intense and uncertain times.

For many people, the emotional impact of the world right now is not just “stress” — it’s a constant undercurrent of overwhelm, fear, grief, helplessness, anger, numbness, and nervous system overload.

You may be functioning on the outside while feeling deeply dysregulated on the inside.

You may be carrying more than your system was ever meant to hold.

Calm in the Chaos is a 6-week therapeutic journey designed to help you respond to this reality with more grounding, emotional steadiness, and inner support.

Over six weeks, you’ll be guided through a compassionate, psychologically informed process to help you:

    • understand what overwhelm is doing to your nervous system and emotional world
    • recognise your patterns when life feels too much
    • develop practical tools to regulate anxiety, panic, spiralling, and emotional flooding
    • create more inner safety, self-trust, and emotional capacity
    • stay connected to your values and humanity without burning out
    • feel calmer, steadier, and more able to meet uncertain times with care

This is not about bypassing reality, becoming detached, or pretending everything is fine.

It’s about learning how to be with the world as it is — without abandoning yourself in the process.

This course offers a therapeutic space to slow down, reflect, regulate, and reconnect with what helps you feel more grounded, more resourced, and more like yourself.

    Who this is for

Calm in the Chaos is for you if you’ve been feeling emotionally affected by the state of the world — and you’re longing for a way to stay grounded without shutting down.

This course may be especially supportive if:

    • you feel overwhelmed by the news, global events, or the constant intensity of modern life
    • you find yourself spiralling, doom-scrolling, or carrying a low-level sense of dread
    • you feel emotionally exhausted, overstimulated, or like your nervous system is always “on”
    • you care deeply about what’s happening in the world, but don’t know how to stay engaged without becoming depleted
    • you notice yourself swinging between anxiety, numbness, anger, grief, helplessness, or emotional shutdown
    • you want practical, therapeutic support to help you feel calmer, steadier, and more resourced
    • you’re not looking to “just think positively” — you want a more honest, compassionate, psychologically grounded way through

    • This is not about becoming unaffected.

It’s about learning how to stay connected to yourself — even when the world feels like too much.

By the end of the journey you'll have:

      • a deeper understanding of your emotional responses
      • practical therapeutic tools you can return to again and again
      • more compassion for yourself in difficult moments
      • a stronger internal foundation for navigating uncertain times
